Don't waste time and money in complicated, expensive and long processes to move to Canada.

You have probably already heard of the different immigration programs that Canada is currently offering, such as: Entry Express, Provincial Nominee or Atlantic Provinces Pilot program.

All those programs are absolutely inneficient. Not only do they have a lot of economic and language proficiency requirements but the worst part, is the waiting time.

The waiting time can be of up to 3 years. If you do not get selected, sometimes you have to reapply again after a one year, which means that you will be required to go back at the back of the line and wait for your turn again.

All those programs are a total waste of time, money and energy. However, we may have something interesting for you.

How we can help you

At the Canadian Transit Hub, we are currently promoting a new alternative to help you come to Canada, which is basically with a transit visa. The steps are quite simple. First, we help you apply for a transit visa. If you are approved, we will then instruct you on how to apply for permanent residence through an asylum application.

You can put your trust on us. Our goal is to help you move to Canada to work and or study, alone or with your dependents, and that, without paying high fees and without waiting years for the government of Canada to give you an answer.

Why a transit visa?

The process of coming to Canada with a transit visa is suitable for people who want to apply for permanent residence through the asylum process, upon arrival in Canada and who, at the same time, do not meet the financial requirements to enter the country with a tourist visa.

Some advantages with the transit visa

The transit visa process is quite advantageous since the Canadian government does not charge anything to issue the transit visa. In other words, it is only required to cover the honorary fees (cost mentioned below).

The other advantage is that it is not mandatory to book a plane ticket or accommodation since we will help to submit a transit visa application without having to show reservations.

Biometrics are free

Even biometrics are totally free for those who apply for a transit visa. That means you won't have to pay 85 CAD for each applicant.

It will not be necessary to buy a two segments plane ticket if your visa is approved

Generally, when the transit visa is approved, it is mandatory to buy a two-flights segments; the first segment consists of the flight or flights from your country to Canada and the second segment consists of the plane ticket between Canada and the final destination.

The reason why it is required to book both segments of the flights is because according to IATA (airline regulatory body) policies, airport agents have the obligation to carefully verify all plane tickets from those passengers who have more than one plane ticket.

However, as part of the counseling tips that we will provide you, we will explain how you can travel to Canada with just a one-way ticket.

By following our crucial tips, you will save quite a bit of money.

Honorary fees

The honorary fees for the transit visa process are only 300 USD. Couples and families will only have to pay these fees one time since our fees are not per person.

The transit visa application will be done online and it will not be necessary to go to any Canadian embassy or consulate.

The transit visa will allow you to transit at any airport in Canada for a period of up to 48 hours. During that time, we will instruct you on how to start an application for permanent residence through an asylum application.

Our opinion on applying for permanent residence through asylum with a transit visa

Currently, the programs that exist to apply for permanent residence in Canada are extremely saturated due to the high demand for applications to immigrate to Canada; mostly by emerging countries and that, in turn, those applications have been increasing since the last 5 years.

Therefore, the option of applying for asylum with a transit visa is highly recommended and feasible, both in terms of costs and the speed of the process.

It should be noted that as time progresses, the demand for transit visa applications, whose final purpose is to apply for asylum in Canada, will gradually increase; which would mean in the future, that the process to obtain the transit visa may become more rigorous and complicated.

Based on our experience, we can conclude that if you do not have verifiable income and/or savings in the bank, we suggest you consider this process and start it as soon as possible, before the Canadian government takes action and restricts transit visa applications.

Fortunately, this option to immigrate to Canada with a transit visa is still quite unknown to the general public and we still have time to take advantage of what this process offers.

Basically, this process does not have many requirements, you just have to have a valid passport, a good travel itinerary and a convincing itinerary letter. Of course it is needless to say that it is also very important that the transit visa application is submitted correctly, as well as the immigration forms duly filled out.

Additionally, as mentioned above, in this process, you do not have to cover any administrative or biometric fees, which makes it even more attractive and advantageous.

Please remember that if you retain our services, we will assist you in all aspects of this process so that your transit visa application will be submitted in full to maximize the chances of approval.

Frequently asked questions

Is it better to apply for a tourist visa or transit visa?

People who plan to travel to Canada and at the same time can demonstrate that they have a fixed income, either through a job, business and/or retirement and have bank savings, should consider the process tourist visa and not the transit visa.

Why is it recommended to do this process with you?

Although this process of applying for a transit visa seems to be extremely simple, it is actually somewhat complex, hence the importance of retaining our services in order to increase the chances that the application will be approved.

The fact that the applicant's only intentions are to transit in Canada does not mean that it is a simple process, it is not. Remember that we are talking about transiting in a first world country. It is a process that must be carried out properly so that the application has a greater chance of being approved.

If you retain our services, we guarantee that the application will be submitted perfectly, but we cannot guarantee that the application will be approved.

This looks like fraud. What can you tell me about it?

If you think that our services are fraudulent, that means that you are probably not aware of how frauds work in regards to immigration to Canada.

Usually, when a consulting firm does fraud, it is when they say that they will find you a job in Canada and you will earn a high salary. Those consulting firms usually charge a fee and they say that they will find you a job but after they receive the payment, they ignore the client. That is what we call fraud.

As far as the Canadian Transit Hub is concerned, what we do is we simply promote a way to immigrate to Canada with a transit visa and once in Canada the clients are instructed to apply for asylum.

We have the knowledge to help you apply for your transit visa and we also have the knowledge to help you apply for asylum so we DO NOT SEE ANY REASON WHY we should commit fraud.

Should you think otherwise, I recommend you to read a little bit more on this subject in order to educate yourself about what is fraud and what is not fraud. In addition, in order for you to know us a little more, please watch this promotional video by clicking here.

What happens after I arrive in Canada with my transit visa?

Once your transit visa is approved, we will explain to you exactly where to go, what to do and what to say once you arrive in Canada.

Should you require more information about what to do once in Canada, please feel free to write us an email and it will be our pleasure to send you further details in that matter.

Is it true that once I land in Canada I will be put in a restricted zone without being able to start an asylum application?

In all Canadian airports, it is a fact that there are restricted transit zones. However, if you retain our services and your transit visa is approved, we will inform you how you will be able to move freely through the airport, without having to go to a restricted transit area.

We guarantee you that you will be able to move freely and that you will also be able to initiate your asylum application at the airport. You will be allowed to remain in Canada while your application is ongoing.

If I apply for asylum with a transit visa, what guarantee do I have that they will not return me to my country of origin?

This is 100 percent guaranteed that you will not be returned to your country of origin. The most important thing now is to apply for your transit visa and once approved, we will explain to you in detail what you should do when you arrive in Canada, where to go at the airport and what to say to the immigration officer when you arrive in the country.

If I have previously been denied a tourist visa for Canada or the US, will that affect me in this process?

Please note that under current Canadian immigration laws, previous rejections should in no way be a reason for rejecting new applications, but do not forget that applications are not reviewed by a computerized system, but by human beings.

Therefore, we cannot deny the fact that there may be immigration officials who may be influenced by previous refusals when reviewing new applications.

Having said this, and answering the initial question, the answer is "YES". Previous rejections may somewhat play a minor role in the immigration officer's final decision and this depends on who reviews the application.

Is it true that if there is a small error when submitting my application, they can reject my application?

The answer is yes. Almost half of our clients are people who come to us after trying to do this process on their own and were rejected because at the time of submitting their application, the forms were incorrectly filled out or their supporting documents were incomplete.

My partner and I are not married. Is that a problem for this process?

Couples do not have to be married to complete any process related to visiting, transiting or immigrating to Canada.

If my transit visa is approved, are the fees for the transit visa that I already paid to you included to apply for asylum?

The fees for the transit visa service (300 USD) are not included in the fees to apply for asylum. Applying for asylum requires to elaborate a solid case and that requires some time and dedication.

The honorary fees that have to be covered in order to retain our services to apply for asylum after being approved for the transit visa are of only 325 USD. That means that, in total, you will be paying 625 USD but you will only be asked to pay the 325 USD after your transit visa has been approved.

How long does the transit visa process is approved?

Once the transit visa application is submitted, the applicant will receive an answer in no less than 3 months. Once the transit visa is issued, it has a validity of one year.

Will I be able to work and study?

Yes absolutely. If you come to Canada and apply for asylum, you will be able to work, study and have access to all public services, such as health, education and monthly financial assistance.

Will I have to go to an interview at a Canadian embassy?

The Canadian government does not require an interview for those applying for a transit visa

In my country, there is no embassy of Canada. How shall we do then?

Although there may not be a Canadian embassy in your country, this does not mean that you will not be able to start the application process. Canada accepts applications online so you will not have to do any procedures in person when submitting your application.

I am not in my country right now. Can I apply for a transit visa from the country in which I am now?

Yes you can, as long as you are staying legally in the country in which you are.

How can I start the process? What do I have to do?

If you want to start the process for the transit visa, please send us an email indicating that you want us to send you the signed contract for the transit visa service and we will gladly send it to you.

Once you send us the signed contract, we will send you the payment methods so that you can cover the honorary fees.

How long do I have to sign the contract and make the payment?

Once we have sent the contract, the client will have up to 5 business days to return the signed contract. Once the signed contract has been returned to us, we will provide our payment methods to the client.

A period of 7 business days will be allowed for the payment to be made. If the contract is requested and it is not returned signed within the allowed period of time and if the payment is not made within the allowed period of time, then the contract will no longer be valid.

Please note that our policy states that we only send the contract once, therefore we only want to deal with individuals who have a lot of interest and commitment.
